unlucky madman iv

big bad wolf in sheep’s clothing
stuck within the confines mind eyes
seeing the world given meaning
pleasure seeking feigning wishing
better days ways play same tune
seven different ways from sunday
reminded limits of soft skins
surrounded broken bone beliefs
metallic design strength refound
mined founderies found behind
sands built scarred backs
toiling always to be special
screaming for autonomy
no one wants to be a slave consciously
take the decision from controlled desires
begging to be fulfilled
fighting moral battles
against what we are taught
more information than we forgot
conditioning never seems to end
questioning beliefs only leads to hell
culture and tradition exist for reasons
keeping spirit and body apart for seasons
till they reunite in one accord
separate
never one
dancing evermore
memories of longlost lenore
never united speaking same tongues
tower of babel destroyed by gods who feared
humans becoming strong enough to flourish
struck from the garden of eden for eating fruit
knowledge of judgement brings misery and toil to the fool
intellectual misgivings upon us all
trapped between desire and fun
leaving the left hand from the right
enjoying some semblance of life lived under the sun
never knowing right from wrong
oxygen enters lungs
leaving how it came through nostrils
feeding hungry brains
slaves to the pleasurable ways of mouth
who would consciously choose pain
unless it gave pleasure in some way
hands tracing outlines of geometric shapes
influencing thinking in dancing rhythmic steps
confused feet on missions for greatness
bodies writhing in illusory delusions
seeking greatness
mortals seeking immortal memories
never to be seen
only spoken off in stories
hinted at in allegorical dialogue
between hope and memory
told to children to give them sleep
giving hope where none exists
thoughts of being spoken about
encouraging striving muscle bound fibers
dominated by struggle to grow beyond limits
darkness leaves with memories dancing round fire
swirling pelvises lifting feet to the sounds of drums
all sheep must sleep or be counted unfit by the dreamers disease
